Order processing

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is a flat rate of £1.99 and orders typically arrive within 2-5 working days of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or busy periods.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
