Return and Exchange

Exchanges

  • We only offer exchanges if you received the wrong item or if your product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
  • Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for exchange.

Returns

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at support@luxeveritas.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Include clear photos if you received the wrong item or if there is any damage.
  3. We will respond with instructions for your exchange.
